Our approach

Originally a senior projects director with Wells Management Consultants, Richard Molineux became interested in what has to be done by a charity or project before it asks for money.

We focus on the preconditions for successful fundraising and continuously evaluate the fundraising market.

We have applied this approach effectively for a very wide range of clients.

Our values

We are committed to:

  • The speedy and effective transfer of skills and experience to our clients and appropriate members of their staff and governing body
  • Pursuing cost-effective approaches and low cost solutions to clients' needs wherever possible, and to spelling out the components of all costs that are recommended so that clients can make fully informed decisions on spending
  • Having no financial or other beneficial arrangements with any companies or service providers so that advice we give on the use of other suppliers - e.g. printers - is objective
  • Giving our best advice in the light of our experience and knowledge at all times including those situations where this could be controversial or unwelcome
  • Seeking the empowerment of those affected by or involved in projects where we have a part to play by helping to identify ways in which the project can develop to achieve this

MOLINEUX fundraising is committed to working only with clients who can demonstrate their own commitment to the values of justice, equality, and accountability that we seek to adhere to.

Equal opportunities

We are committed to ensuring that our consultancy work supports and encourages the application of an equal opportunities policy and practice.

We actively encourage the development of ways and means of ensuring that no individual experiences adverse discrimination arising from their gender, ethnic origin, religio n or sexual orientation, or any disability, directly or indirectly.
